Mr. Belik co-founded RBC with Mr. Kaplun and Mr. Morgulchik. He served as Chief Financial Officer with the compàny from 2000 till November 2006. Before concentrating solely on RBC, he was a partner in a number of ventures, and still holds a stake in a real estate company. He holds Ph.D. in Economics (Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics) and has several awards granted to the most professional Russian financial officers.
