Vyacheslav Masenkov joined the RBC team at the beginning of 2000 as the director of the Consulting Department. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (the MIPT State University) and received a Master's degree from the Higher School of Economics - State University. Vyacheslav Masenkov also received a PhD degree in Computer Science from the MIPT.
Earlier he was the chief of analytical departments at a number of large banks and investment companies. Vyacheslav Masenkov took part in the creation of the first mutual fund in Russia. Vyacheslav Masenkov is a member of the Expert Council of PRIOR (Russian e-Development Partnership, www.russia-gateway.ru).
